At BOOANA, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, though this may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Free shipping is available on international orders above $440 USD.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BOOANA does not collect tax, VAT, customs duties, or import fees on international orders. Shipping fees are covered as outlined above, but VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in your order total.
If your order is shipped outside Qatar, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer, and are collected separately by the courier or local customs office at the time of delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any significant delay affects your order.
Shipping Within Qatar
Standard delivery within Qatar typically arrives within 2–4 business days.
Express delivery is available Saturday–Thursday: orders placed before 7:00 PM are delivered same day or next day, within 24 hours.
Free shipping is available on orders over QAR 500.
